Individual Therapy
No matter how “big” or how “small” you believe your situation to be, sometimes you just need a professional to help you process your situation, develop goals, and achieve your desired outcome. I am passionate about helping individuals find peace, and learn new ways to reach their goals and aspirations.
Using Solution-Focused or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I have worked with clients from various backgrounds, in areas such as anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, anger management, boundary setting, caregiver stress, and many other difficult life problems.
